Can I rent a house by the week?

Unfortunately, the furnished apartments available for rent with Accès International are intended for temporary rentals of a minimum of 32 days. We are specialized in temporary or short-term furnished rentals ranging from 32 days to a few years.

However, you can occupy the apartment, the condo or the loft of your choice the number of weeks that suits your needs from the moment you agree to pay the basic monthly rent. In most cases, the overall price will still be lower than the cost of an upscale hotel. This is an interesting option to consider.

What is the minimum length of stay?

The minimum rental period for a furnished apartment, loft or condo is one month.

Are your apartments, condos and lofts all furnished?

Yes. All our apartments, condos and lofts available for rent are furnished or semi-furnished. See the page "Apartments, condos and furnished lofts in Montreal" for all the items included with each rental.

Where should I go on the day of my arrival?

A member of the Accès International team or the owner of the rented accommodation will join you at your new apartment directly or at the airport according to your specific request. We will be available to present you your new home, its characteristics, as well as your new neighborhood.

What is included in a furnished apartment?

The rental rate for each furnished apartment, condo or loft includes:

  • Stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher;
  • Small appliances (toaster, mixer);

Are there taxes on furnished apartment rentals?

No, there is no applicable tax; the rental rates displayed on Accès International are the final prices.

Will there be housekeeping during my stay in Montreal?

We can provide housekeeping services according to your needs for an additional cost. The premises will be cleaned by a professional maintenance team and each property is verified for quality control between each occupation.

Do I have to clean the accommodation myself before I leave?

When you leave, you must return a clean and tidy home, as you have received it.

Is smoking allowed on the premises?

No, all our apartments, condos, and furnished lofts for rent are non-smoking.

Do I have to buy home insurance?

You must have a valid home insurance for the duration of your occupation of the rented accommodation with Accès International. We will be happy to provide recommendations from trusted suppliers if needed.

Is my home near a subway or public transportation?

Most of our housing is located in popular Montreal neighborhoods which is known for the quality of its public transport service. To find out which services are available in each neighborhood, ask your Accès International corporate leasing consultant.

Yes. If you have not found the accommodation of your dreams in our search engine, Accès International has several contacts and resources to find an apartment, a condo, or a furnished loft that will meet your criteria. Our team is very proactive and available.

Are there fees for counseling and support services during my research of furnished corporate housing in Montreal?

No fees are charged to Accès International clients for the process of finding housing.

How far in advance do I have to book a furnished corporate unit?

We recommend that you book one (1) to two (2) months in advance for a furnished apartment, condo, or loft, but you can contact us at any time to initiate the process.

Do you offer concierge services?

Yes. For an additional fee, we offer a tailor-made concierge service.

Do you offer baby equipment as needed?
