Who can advertise a property on our site Accès International ?

 

Any owner of a furnished property from medium to luxuriously equipped, including all rental services, furniture, accessories, kitchen utensils, bathroom including linen, telephone, television, VCR, DVD player, electricity, heating, etc.

 

No properties are displayed in your country or city ? Do not worry! As soon as you receive our approval, our engine will automatically add your country and city rendering your property visible and available to anyone looking for a property in your area.

 

 

All you need to do is send us by e-mail a description of your property including a digital photo of each room and its exterior, fill in the standard form (Submit property). If your property meets our selection criteria, you will need to pay the annual fees on-line of $380 CDN plus taxes if applicable.

 

 

If you wish to display a multi-unit property, it is possible. You need to take photos of each unit as well as the exterior of the property and submit it to us by e-mail. You will then receive an evaluation of the costs depending on the number of units and the display conditions. However, you will benefit in addition to the usual display, a moving banner in the various pages that are the most visited on our site. Your potential clients will communicate directly with you for all information and to make their reservations.
